Hey Everyone - I was diagnosed with gastroparesis in my late ‘20s and doctors wanted to remove parts of my stomach, insert feeding tubes, and put me on a regiment of medicine that were supposed to make me “well”.
I believed there was a different path – that didn’t include pills – to make me well. I began working with new doctors and we started using food as medicine as well as plant-based supplements.
My health results were undeniable, but I couldn’t find a consistent source of organic foods.
Our bodies aren’t alone in needing nourishment and healing. Our soil is in desperate need, too. By investing in regenerative organic science and agricultural practices, we are delivering human and planetary health solutions.

At Pocono Organics, we are a family business! I am the second generation Owner/Operator of not only Pocono Organics, but also Pocono Raceway, The Village at Pocono, South Boston Speedway and Sunset Hill Shooting Range.
I'm a mother of 3 adult children (PS - one of them Is Ashley :) and grandmother to 5.
I remember food the way it was meant to be - clean, uncomplicated and healthy! I'm driven to bring back the days where food was food!
My mission in leading the Pocono Organics Foundation is based on my upbringing and my desire to see my grandkids and our future generation thrive from adequate and healthy foods.
