DID YOU KNOW? SOILS ARE THE 2ND LARGEST ACTIVE STORE OF CARBON - BEHIND THE OCEAN
STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) connects classroom learning with real-world agricultural innovation. Through our Clean Food, Dirty Hands program, we make STEM tangible by showing students how soil science, plant biology, and sustainable technology create nutrient-dense food that heals communities and our planet.
Our signature education program! Clean Food, Dirty Hands has empowered over 1,200 students, children, and parents to discover the vital foundation of Regenerative Organic Certified® farming – the connection between soil health and human wellness. This hands-on experience teaches families to grow, prepare, and enjoy nutrient-rich foods together through interactive farm sessions, expert speakers, podcasts, and webinars that transform eating habits for life.
“When I was a young mother (long before computers), I read about food supply issues while at the doctor’s office. From that moment, I cut white sugar, white flour, processed foods, candy, and sugary drinks from our home. My children, who are now nearly 50 years old, still tease me about this, but now I can say “I told you so.” As a grandmother, I am determined to raise awareness about healthy eating.”
